There is no central student database to review and no student data sent to us. The school or district remains the data custodian. The one-page approval memo says this in the words a reviewer expects, and the licence terms are one page too.
Yes. Each Counselor Plan comes with a family code for your school. Families who enter it at checkout get 10% off Family Pro. Each family who upgrades with it earns your school a $25 credit toward next year's renewal, up to half of what the school paid. The credit goes to the school, never to a counselor personally. We tell the school how many families used the code, never which ones.
