Your students' information lives only on their devices and yours. There is no server holding a database of minors, so there is nothing for anyone to breach, subpoena, or sell. When your privacy officer asks where the student data goes, the honest answer is: nowhere.

  2. You drag those files into your caseload board. It builds your whole caseload view instantly.
  3. A Counselor Plan seat unlocks the reports, calendar export, and at-risk flags for your caseload.
  4. Everything stays on your device. Nothing your students enter is ever sent to us or stored anywhere.
Zero custody is the whole design, not a setting. There is no counselor account and no login, because there is no database. Your caseload board runs in your own browser, and the license is verified right on your device. That is why we can promise your students' data never leaves their hands or yours: we built the product so it literally cannot. Your license works on every device you use, and you move your caseload between them with a one-click backup file you keep in your own drive. A shared cloud database is the one thing we will not build, because it is exactly what every breach and lawsuit in this category is made of.
