A simple, generous refund.

30-day full refund, no questions asked. The ClaimYourCollege guide is free. This policy covers the optional Family Plan, a one-time purchase for a school year.

30-day full refund

If the Family Plan is not right for you, email support@claimyourcollege.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund it in full. No questions asked. We would rather you feel good about the purchase than keep a sale that did not help your family.

How to request a refund

Email support@claimyourcollege.com from the address you bought with, or include the family name printed on your license. That is all we need to find the purchase. We aim to reply within two business days. The refund goes back to your original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor, and depending on your bank it can take a few days to appear.

What happens to your license key

When we issue a refund, the license key from that purchase is deactivated. It stops unlocking the Family Plan tools the next time the app loads. This keeps things fair: you are not charged, and the key does not keep working. Everything you created stays on your device. A deactivated key only re-locks the premium tools; it never deletes your data.

No subscription, nothing to cancel

The Family Plan is a single payment for the school year. There is no subscription, no auto-renewal, and no card kept on file, so there is nothing to cancel. The license simply ends on June 30 of its school year.

After 30 days

Because it is a one-time purchase that gives you the tools for the whole school year, we do not offer partial or prorated refunds after 30 days. If something is wrong, or a tool is not working, email us anyway. We want to make it right.
